I am a young man living in small, hardly seen in the georgafical map country, with unevolved economic situation. This coutry calls Belarus (have you heard something about it , i think not). I desided to enter the higher educational establishment after finishing middle school. But suddenly i realised that i need to pay over 3000 US dollars to learn there. I am offesive, because only reach men's sons and doughters are studeing there and i cann't afford it. I am going to be a good specialist in my field, and a lot of from them are not. As i passed my exams successfully i desided to earn this summ, but it is not easy. My country can not provide man with middle education with proper working vacancy. Middle earning is over 50 US dollars here. My mother's earning is enough only to eat, and the payment day is closer and closer. It is in 29 August and my money are not enough.
